Privacy policy
Retention Radar, operated by the developer identified on its Whop listing, uses the minimum information needed to provide member-retention signals to the creator who installed the app.
Information we process
We process Whop business, membership, product, plan, member, user, chat-channel, and message identifiers; display names and usernames; membership status, renewal and cancellation fields; pricing and currency where available; event timestamps; and daily activity counts. Whop currently includes email access in the permission required to list memberships, but Retention Radar discards email addresses and does not store or display them.
Chat privacy
We do not store message text, attachments, polls, mentions, reactions, or links. A message identifier is retained only to prevent duplicate counting. The author identifier, channel identifier, and timestamp are aggregated into daily activity used by the dashboard.
How we use information
We use this information only to show engagement changes, explain retention-risk scores, separate predicted risk from known cancellations and payment issues, record creator-requested intervention notes, maintain sync health, prevent duplicate processing, and protect the service.
Who can access information
The dashboard verifies the signed Whop user token and requires administrator access to the relevant Whop business. Whop provides identity, authorization, billing, and event delivery. Our hosting and database providers process application data solely to operate Retention Radar. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or disclose the data for third-party marketing.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while needed to provide Retention Radar and until the installing creator asks us to delete it, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, open seller support from the Retention Radar app page and include the Whop business ID. We verify that the requester administers that business before acting on a workspace request.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, short-lived Whop user tokens, company access checks, scoped API permissions, restricted credentials, authenticated webhooks, and isolated production storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements change, and the date above identifies the current version.
