Terms of service
These terms apply when a creator installs or uses Retention Radar.
The service
Retention Radar helps Whop creators review chat-engagement changes, membership state, renewal context, and explainable retention signals. Whop provides the surrounding platform, accounts, access, payments, and event delivery under Whop's own terms.
Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for having a lawful basis to process member information and for any outreach or decisions they make using the dashboard. Risk scores are decision-support signals, not guarantees that a member will cancel.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe another business's data, interfere with availability, send unlawful or deceptive messages, or use the dashboard to discriminate or make high-impact decisions about people.
Plans, changes, and termination
Any paid plan, renewal, tax, or cancellation terms are displayed and managed through Whop. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change as Whop's APIs and product capabilities evolve. A creator may stop using the service at any time and may request workspace deletion through seller support on the app page.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Retention Radar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, creator outreach, predicted outcomes, or interruptions caused by Whop or another provider. Questions, legal notices, and data requests can be sent privately through seller support on the Retention Radar Whop app page.
